Winter Solstice Ritual with Candace

On the darkest night of the year, we gather together to lean into fertile darkness and to celebrate the return of the light. We’ll begin with pulling cards and journaling, shift to a candle-gazing, and practice restorative yoga and yoga nidra. We’ll release the year and explore intention setting for restorative darkness and the returning of the light. Winter Solstice Ritual aims to connect us more deeply the cycle of nature, and we’ll explore practices to sustain us through the season.
