Upside Down with Natalie Levin

Headstand. Handstand. Forearm stand. Shoulder Stand. You have heard of these poses and are curious to know how to actually create these shapes in your body. You may have felt tentative about trying them out. Now is the time! You can expect to have detailed instructions and expert support in trying out all of upside down poses that you've seen in books but never actually tried. Even if you are an expert in the upside down poses, you will still learn something new in this particular workshop. ALL LEVELS are welcome. Beginner to advanced! You can expect glitter and opera and perhaps a bit of astrology as well. We can't wait to see you!

About your presenter:
Natalie is a renowned yoga teacher, professional astrologer and has been working one on one with clients for over five years. After a lively career as an international opera singer Natalie realized that her north node (her direction in life) was actually leading her towards astrology and working one on one with clients as opposed to singing for large groups of people. Natalie routinely works with her astrology clients over Zoom and is VERY excited to share the magic of astrology with the yoga world.
