Restore & Reiki with Jenn and Stephanie

Like the crisp, clarifying air of late autumn, this combined Reiki and Restorative Yoga practice invites you to slow down, soften, and attune to what’s shifting within.
Jenn and Stephanie welcome you into a deeply supportive space designed to help you unwind, release what’s ready to fall away, and receive the renewal that follows. Through gentle movement, stillness, and energy healing, we’ll create space for inner reflection, grounding, and quiet awakening—mirroring nature’s invitation to pause, listen, and restore.

Come be held, supported, and replenished—just as you are. This is a celebration of connection, healing, and the wisdom that lives within us all. Reiki is a technique that originates from Japan to channel life-force energy for healing- it restores and balances the body, promotes health, and aliveness. Stephanie, Reiki Master, will offer Reiki practices while Jenn will teach a restorative yoga practice that will relax the body and mind to open to the Reiki healing.
