Magic the Gathering Regional Championship Qualifier: Limited Format

Want to earn an invite to the Regional Championship at SCG Con Cincinnati in May 2026? Waffles and Enthusiasm will be hosting a Limited Format Regional Championship Qualifier on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 1:00PM. This will be our first-ever Regional Championship Qualifier at the store. $50 entry fee, each player will receive six Avatar: The Last Airbender Play Booster packs to build a deck with and one non-foil SLP 0046 Flowerfoot Swordmaster for participation. Format: Limited. Best two-out-of-three 50 minute swiss rounds with cut to top eight. Players who make top eight will play in a booster draft with Avatar: The Last Airbender Play Booster packs. First Place will win an invite to the Regional Championship at SCG Con Cincinnati on Friday, May 15, 2026 and one foil SLP 0047 Manifold Mouse. Top eight will receive one SLP 0047 non-foilManifold Mouse.

Minimum eight players needed for the Regional Championship Qualifier to happen. If there are only eight players total in the RCQ, it will go straight into a top eight draft and the entry fee would be adjusted accordingly. Players can sign up for the RCQ on the Companion app with the code PPQ4QXD . The cap for the RCQ will be 16 players.
