Forging the Diamond with Natalie Levin

On October 24, we will still be in a window of integrating the incredible transformative energy of the autumn eclipse season. While we are being invited to create the most intensely powerful high carat diamond that exists from the subject matter of our souls and our lives, it can be really helpful to have support of community and also to move your body so that the energy does not become stagnant.

Class will be a combination of vinyasa and restorative poses, with a mix of music, including Natalie's gift of singing opera.

Come to Yoga Home for an evening practice with Natalie Levin and allow yourself to be supported by community. All levels welcome.
