Healing begins with feeling. Join us to explore how a grounded foundation creates a relaxed neck. By learning to inhale the earth’s support, you’ll find the freedom to exhale, separate your teeth, and soften your neck in every pose. Experience the healing power of being truly supported.

A yoga nidra will seal the end of class in a blissful sleep meditation.
