Join us in collaboration with Church of the Christed Self for a gentle post-holiday reset designed to help your body unwind, and help your nervous system settle. This offering blends restorative yoga, crystal quartz singing bowls woven into the movement, and a warm cup of cacao to support deep relaxation and renewal.
We’ll begin with a warm cup of cacao to open the heart and soften the body. As we move through supported restorative postures, you’ll be held in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, creating a deeply immersive and soothing sound bath that supports release, grounding, and integration.
This is a beautiful way to reset after the holidays. An opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and begin the new year with softness, clarity, and intention.

Bring a yoga mat, any extra props you love, and wear comfortable clothing. Also If you have your own bolsters, blocks, or pillows, please bring them.
