A Women’s-Only Evening Ritual at Evexía
Grounding tea • Sound bath • Breath • Gentle release

Rooted & Restored is a women’s-only evening ritual designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and gently release the stress held in your body.

We begin by settling in with a warm, grounding tea, giving you a moment to arrive and let the day go. From there, you’ll be guided into a calming sound bath focused on the root and sacral chakras, helping to bring your body back into balance.

Deanna of Root & Rise Yoga will then lead a slow, intentional practice centered on deep stretching, breathwork, and opening the spaces where we carry tension and stored emotion.

We close with a final sound immersion in stillness, allowing everything to integrate before you return to your evening feeling lighter, softer, and restored.

This is your time to soften. To breathe. To come back to yourself.

Come early so you can enjoy your drink - Class members receive 10% off beverage/infusion of choice
