This practice blends traditional yoga with creative flow and offers modifications so everyone feels supported.
About the Instructor:
This class is led by Mrs. Deanna Glover, founder of Root and Rise Yoga, a local studio rooted in inclusivity and community. Deanna has practiced yoga for over 14 years and completed her 235-hour teacher training in 2024. She is currently continuing her education through a 300-hour training program.
For Deanna, yoga has been a steady grounding force through life’s challenges — a practice of breath, balance, and presence. Her teaching blends traditional foundations with creative sequencing, dynamic movement, and moments of stillness. She believes the most advanced part of the practice is learning to slow down, breathe, and truly be present.
Deanna’s heart is in making yoga accessible to all — no experience required, no judgment, just a space to show up as you are. When she’s not on her mat, she’s an office administrator and mama to three wild boys.
