Many native bees are solitary, nesting in the ground or in hollow stems along the trail.This hike is an invitation to slow down and notice the small but vital connections that sustain Indiana’s ecosystems—one bee, one bloom at a time.What to ExpectWe’ll be hiking on natural trails that may include uneven terrain, mud, or wet conditions depending on the weather. Expect to spend time both walking and stopping frequently to observe and document species.
