Join Brittany Gigliotti as she simplifies how to use everyday kitchen ingredients to maximize the health of your hair, skin, and body.

Learn how to open your cupboards to a new world of skincare—and save money, too!

We’ll delve into:
• Why edible skincare takes us back to our roots
• The basics of skin composition
• Finding your skin type
• How to properly apply the steps of skincare
• Different ingredients and their benefits for the skin
• Personalized recommendations for your specific skin type
• How to prepare and utilize everything from rice to chocolate for skin health
• Proper oil cleansing and oil pulling
• Creating your own recipes
• Making your own sugar scrub to take home!

Materials Provided
A notebook is recommended.

Your Instructor: Brittany Gigliotti, CNHP
Brittany has extensive training in the holistic field. After completing her internship under Dr. Lillian Ronzio at The Natural Way, she continued her education at the Trinity School of Natural Health.

She holds certifications in Iridology and Holistic Cosmetology, and completed her degree as a Certified Natural Health Practitioner.

Brittany also understands the importance of living naturally—inside and out—as she manages chronic conditions such as Lupus. She believes her journey is to connect with and guide others who may share a similar path.
