Friday afternoon – Sunday late morning
Over the weekend, you’ll enjoy:
• Gentle yoga, Pilates & stretching (all beginner-friendly, with props and lots of support)
• A guided walk to Tarn Hows and nearby beauty spots
• Restorative breathwork & relaxation practices to reset your nervous system
• Plenty of free time for naps, journaling, or simply soaking in the views
Everything is designed to feel supportive and pressure-free.

The retreat takes place at the beautiful Yewfield, set in stunning Lake District surroundings—perfect for rest and renewal.
Price includes all meals, activities, and accommodation:
• Shared Twin Room – £325 per person
• Single Room – £425 per person
A £100 deposit secures your place. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
