Block Therapy with Sabrina

Block Therapy is a powerful self-healing practice that unlocks the restrictions and adhesions that block blood and oxygen flow that leads to pain, aging, and disease. These blockages are due to the unconscious breath and improper posture that cause the fascia, your connective tissue that touches every cell, to grip and adhere to bone to hold you upright.

Block Therapy combines proper diaphragmatic breathing with your body weight and gravity to gently melt through these restrictions, promoting proper oxygen flow to effectively clean and feed your cells.

Modifications are available to meet any physical needs.

A Block Buddy will be made available to pre-registered students.
