Prior to lockdown myself (Nick B) and the late Craig Pickering had a discussion about who would be on our wishlist to put on in Biddulph - Courtney Marie Andrews was top of both of our lists, but we thought she'd be out of our range....
 ....so BUIA are absolutely delighted to announce that we have booked Courtney Marie Andrews to play at St Lawrence's Church on Monday 25th May (Bank holiday Monday) - we first tried to book her last year when she played a series of shows across the UK after a two year hiatus from touring, but missed out. We again were unlucky when she recently toured her new album "Valentine", but third time's a charm! This is one of the smallest gigs that she's played in recent times and it will be an absolute privilege to see her in St Lawrence's. Her recent tour which ended in Copenhagen last week sold out venues ten times the size of Biddulph, all over the UK and Europe - she's back again, doing a series of support shows for Glen Hansard in major venues across the UK and Europe and we've managed to book her in between those.
