haunted house, and more! The costume categories are Scariest, Most Original, Funniest, Cutest, Best Superhero or Villain, Best Animal, and Best Movie/TV Character Costume. Costume contest winners given prizes. Registration on site. Town of Clarkstown residents only. Also, join us for our Trunk or Treat. Decorate your car and provide treats to the participants of the Halloween Festival. Prize will be given out to the best decorated car.
Cars set up by 10:30 AM. Free, but PRE-REGISTRATION is required, so we know how many to expect. Please call (845) 639-6200 to pre-register.
