Learn how to build colorful, delicious salads in quart-size mason jars that are easy to grab from the refrigerator for lunches, dinners, or busy days on the go. Layering your ingredients the right way helps keep your salad fresh, crisp, and ready when you are.

There is no cost to attend—we simply ask that each guest sign up through the SignUpGenius link to bring one ingredient to share with the group. Together, we will create a beautiful salad bar with plenty of options for everyone to customize three jars to take home.

Please bring:

Three clean quart-size mason jars with lids
The ingredient you selected through the SignUpGenius sign-up
A serving utensil for your ingredient, if needed

This class will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM at Nancy’s Urban Tower Farm, 4530 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO 63129.
