A little more about the workshop:

Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Sun. Sept. 28, 11:30-2:00 p.m. 
Rollins Park, Concord, NH

You'll practice in an exceptionally safe setting that honors your unique learning style. We take a mindfulness approach to everything... moving at an easy pace that respects each individual's personal rhythms. 

Hope you'll join yoga, meditation & improv instructor Jim Readey (and others) for this delightful 2 ½-hr. adventure.
