This hands-on experience is designed to bring people together through creativity, conversation, and delicious drinks in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are brand new to mixing drinks or already enjoy experimenting at home, this class is a great way to learn something new while enjoying a unique night out.

In our June Mix & Mingle, guests will create two refreshing seasonal drinks while learning simple techniques, flavor pairings, and cocktail-building skills. Fresh ingredients from the Tower Farm will be featured, adding a special touch you can only find here.

Featured Drinks:
Hugo Spritz 
A light and refreshing blend of Prosecco, elderflower liqueur, soda water, fresh mint from the towers, and ice.

Peachtime Smash
A bright, summery mix of bourbon or vodka, ripe peach, lemon juice, honey simple syrup, fresh thyme from the towers, and a splash of soda water.

Guests will enjoy the class in a relaxed, social setting while learning from Molly Porfidio, founder of The Cocktail Collective, whose passion for teaching and creating memorable experiences makes each class fun, approachable, and inspiring.

Everyone who registers for this class will be entered into a drawing for several gas cards. Bring a friend and you will get an additional entry.  During the class, participants will also have opportunities to earn additional entries, giving them even more chances to win.
