Save Mount Diablo’s 208-acre property includes the headwaters of Galindo Creek with rolling grasslands, oaks, buckeyes, and a rare desert olive grove. Visit a secret spring and keep your eyes out; you might see bobcats and coyotes looking for breakfast, plus burrowing owls, quail, and many other feathered friends who are active in the morning. This is a two-hour hike with one strenuous climb. Three to five short meditations will be offered during the hike. Be sure to dress in layers and wear sturdy boots or shoes; bring plenty of water and a snack. Restrooms not available.
