In the Mountains Wine Class: Wednesday December 17th

The holidays make me think of snow-capped peaks and moonlit mountains. In this wine class, we're journeying to those locations to uncover beautiful selections grown in high elevations.

What are some of the most prestigious mountainous wine regions in the world? How does altitude impact wine? As a winemaker, how can you maximize the benefits of elevation? How do you navigate the challenges it poses?

It's the holidays so we're pulling out all the stops. Barolo that was rated one of the top 100 wines in the world? Yes, please! Top-shelf Cabernet Sauvignon from some of California's highest peaks? We're tasting it! Some of the best wines are grown at high altitudes, so we're tasting premium selections in this special wine class.
