What better way to ring in the new year, than creating our 2026 reading list!
We will start the meeting off with a discussion of our December read, The Christmas Bookshop by Jenny Colgan.
Then we will have our book drawing to select our reading list. To participate please bring your selected book wrapped. You will be going home with your book, so feel free to get it from the library, your bring your well-loved copy or wrap an empty box with the name of the book on it. Please do wrap your book or box - you can include hints to the type of book or just use a plain paper bag.
We will also have a make-your-own bookmark craft and a fun game for all to enjoy!
Lastly, I'd love to have a cookie potluck! If you'd like to participate, please bring your favorite cookies (homemade or purchased)
Please do RSVP, so I can get the correct amount of supplies and as always let me know if you have any questions.
This meeting will be hosted on Sunday to allow more time for our activities. Our meetings will return to Saturdays in February.
