Standing Metal energy yoga, peak fall view, Schumann tuning forks & aromatherapy.About this EventDescend into the heart of the autumn forest, cultivate protective metal energy, and rise to integrate your power overlooking the valley.Join us for a transformative hike +yoga+ sound energy wellness journey at Girdled Road Reservation. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, late autumn represents the Metal Element—the seasonal phase of harvesting clarity, strengthening boundaries, and mastering the art of letting go. This masterclass is uniquely designed to move you physically and energetically, shifting your practice from the deep, tree-immersed valley up to the expansive skies. We will spend our morning breathing in fresh, crisp air, practicing standing Energy Medicine Yoga, and integrating our energetic field atop the valley scenic overlook.🍁 The Sacred FlowThe Descent & Valley Walk: We will meet at the North Entrance parking lot (look for our colorful pinwheels!) and immediately venture down into the dense forest canopy via the . Please note: This portion of the trail is marked as strenuous, featuring a rugged series of stairs leading down to a hidden, tree-enclosed wooden bridge at the creek and back up. Surrounded by ancient stone and flowing water, we will anchor our awareness in the deep, quiet, holding energy of the earth while building physical fire in our bodies. The Ascent to Clarity: As we hike back up out of the valley, we will consciously shift our energy, shedding what no longer serves us. We will gather on or around the stunning Valley View Overlook deck, stepping into an open landscape that mirrors the refined clarity of the Metal element.Standing Metal Element EMYoga: Standing high above the tree canopy, we will practice Energy Medicine Yoga and specialized Metal elemental breathwork. We will focus entirely on standing postures, gentle lung-clearing movements, and meridian tapping designed to activate the Lung and Large Intestine pathways—strengthening your immune field and expanding your energetic boundaries.1:1 Tuning Fork & Aromatherapy Integration: We will complete our journey on the overlook platform with an intimate, self-guided sensory integration. You will experience a 1:1 Schumann Resonance tuning fork session, aligning your personal biofield with the electromagnetic frequency of the Earth. Paired with custom, targeted aromatherapy designed to open the lungs and soothe the nervous system, this grounding ritual will leave you feeling profoundly balanced and centered.Event DetailsDate & Time: Tuesday, October 20 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PMMeeting Location: Girdled Road Reservation - North EntranceAddress: 12840 Girdled Rd, Concord Twp, OH 44077How to Find Us: Gather near the trailhead entrance by the parking lot.
