The FMBC Women of Purpose Ministry invites you to a FREE Heart Health Workshop focused on cardiac health, nutrition, and wellness. Participants will enjoy informative presentations from healthcare professionals, chair aerobics, blood pressure screenings, light refreshments, and childcare. Open to everyone.
