This two-hour workshop is open to anyone who has experienced the loss of partner, at any stage of grief. Through gentle guided movement, breath, sound, reflection, and connection, participants are invited to safely move and release what has been held. No experience is necessary. Come as you are. 

Having walked the path of losing her husband, Lucia holds this space with deep compassion, steady guidance, and lived understanding — offering support every step of the way.
