During this experience I will use my voice to guide you within your own mind to explore a past version of you.  Some people experience this as a past life, and others have experienced their past selves.  This exercise can be helpful for those looking for clarity, and those looking for a new experience.   

The meditation was written by me, someone who has a hard time relaxing.  My experiences with meditation have shown me that a lot of us don't need a relaxing space, but a safe space to explore the inner workings of ourselves.   So during this meditation, you are free to be yourself.  Cough, sneeze, open your eyes, roll over, or even move to the back of the room. All I ask is that you provide a quiet experience for the rest of the group.
