Fruit Rescue with CCFR

We will harvest fresh backyard fruit for donation to local soup kitchens, food pantries, shelters, and the food bank. Typical harvests take about 3 hours and travel no more than 25 miles from the starting location.

Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothing appropriate for the expected weather conditions of the day.

Other items we recommend (as we do not provide them) are:
- Water
- Gardening gloves
- Garden clippers
- Hat and Sunglasses
- Snack
- Brown bag to take some fruit home
