This is a 4 week self-care series-ideas/exercises/projects to fit your unique needs and lifestyle.
Prioritize your self care by applying consistent steps to create a sustainable self-care routine for the year ahead.
No art experience necessary just a desire to move towards incorporating more self care to your lifestyle.
Each week we meet and explore various creative activities and mediums, using mindfulness as our guide.
We will be exploring Mandala art, Art Journaling, Sumi Painting, and much more….
