Thank you for your interest in hosting a booth at the 4th annual Concord Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 27th, 2026, from 11:30 am – 5:30 pm in Downtown Concord at Todos Santos Plaza. 

Our Learning Village will be packed with vocational schools, colleges, special needs services, Black Student Unions, apprenticeship programs, and community organizations ready to connect and uplift. Hear from local educators, explore resources, shop vendors, and celebrate with music, dancing, drumming—and a headliner announcement coming soon!

Big love to our returning vendors and a warm welcome to our new ones. This celebration is powered by community, and we’re grateful to build it together. Please complete this form in its entirety to be considered. We will get back to you with a response as soon as possible, at which time payment information will be provided.

If you have questions, call (925) 548-8560 or email juneteenth.concord@gmail.com before submitting the form. Your application will be reviewed within two weeks of submission, but we’ll send you an email to let you know that we received it. Approval of your application and further information about the event will be provided by Instagram, text message, and/or email.

*Food Vendors will need to provide a food handlers permit* – see Contra Costa food safety permits for more information.
NOTE: Open-flame cooking is NOT allowed in Food Booths/Tents. No exceptions. All Food Truck spots have been taken.
