# Event Details

- **Event Name**: By-Donation Barre & Yoga Fusion
- **Event Start and End Date**: Tue, 13 Oct, 2026 at 07:00 pm (-04:00)
- **Event Description**: Join us for a By-Donation Glow Barre & Yoga Fusion class underneath the blacklights for a truly Worthy cause.

As part of National Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day, our neighbor - The Hotel Concord - will display pink, teal, and lime lights to bring awareness to metastatic (or Stage IV) breast cancer. The Hotel Concord is just one of hundreds of landmarks nationwide participating in #LightUpMBC - truly making this an event that unites patients, families, and supporters all over the country.

Our very own instructor and friend, Renee Plodzik, lives with this incurable form of breast cancer and has devoted her time supporting local patients and survivors through her nonprofit, fit4acause. We are truly honored and inspired that she's instructing this class herself.

For this special evening, we will honor her and ALL impacted by metastatic cancer by moving, flowing, and glowing to an upbeat playlist while also taking in the beautiful pink, teal, and lime green lighting which will hopefully shine through our windows during our Barre & Yoga Fusion class.

All proceeds go directly toward fit4acause. You may donate via Venmo at @fit4acause or bring cash with you that evening. Credit cards will not be accepted so we can ensure all proceeds (no pesky credit card fees!) go directly to those who need it most.

We'll provide the glow paint - you come dressed in your brightest pink, teal, and lime to show your support for MBC!

Space is limited to only 15 people so sign up ASAP via worthymindandmovement.com or the Momence app to secure your spot to help shine a spotlight on MBC.
