Through her conversations and questions with these characters (e.g. The White Rabbit, The Mad Hatter, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum), Alice learns about autism and the many ways it presents in different people. 

Understanding Wonderland returns April 29 and 30, 2026 as part of Autism Month with school shows and one public performance April 30.
