The Great Frio Throwdown – 2nd Annual Disc Golf Tournament
Hosted by Riverbend on the Frio • Concan, Texas
Join us for a weekend of disc golf along the beautiful Frio River. This event will feature three rounds of play across our scenic course with divisions for all ages and skill levels.
Dates: November 7–9, 2025
Location: Riverbend on the Frio – 32710 N US Hwy 83, Concan, TX 78838
Schedule:
Friday, Nov 7: Flex Start Doubles, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM ($40 per team)
Saturday, Nov 8: Player meeting at 8:30 AM, first tee off at 9:00 AM. Second round begins 1 hour after the last group finishes.
Sunday, Nov 9: Final round begins at 8:30 AM. Winners announced after all players have completed the course.
Divisions & Entry Fees:
Pro Divisions – $55
Amateur Divisions – $45
Junior Divisions – $30
A $5 player fee will go toward property upkeep.
First 50 registered players receive a free tournament shirt and disc.
Lodging (discounted for players):
RV & Tent Sites – $50/night
6-Person Cabins – $185/night
4-Person Motels – $150/night
8-Person Motels – $195/night
