PILATES

Elevate overall fitness and well-being with this rejuvenating Classic Mat Pilates class. This empowering practice focuses on fundamental principles of Pilates, guiding you to a stronger, more balanced, and aligned body. Focus will be on classical Pilates exercises, designed to build core strength and develop a strong and stable center; the foundation for all movement. With continued practice students notice improved balance, stability and coordination, refined posture, increased flexibility and range of motion. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
