2026 Grand Rapids Polar Plunge

Join us for the 2026 Grand Rapids Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Michigan!
Here's what to expect:
12:00pm - Plunge Check-In Opens & Pre-Plunge Party. Turn in cash & check donations, get your incentives, prepare to plunge!
2pm - Plunge into the Plungester! Plungers will walk up the stairs, jump in, and exit out the opposite side. Dive team will be in the water to assist you in and out of the water.
After - After-Splash Bash & Awards
Lunch is included for all plungers who raise $100+. Drinks (& Lunch for spectators) available for purchase on-site.
