Helen Grant has published nine novels and two short story collections, and has also self-published ‘The Antiquary and the Crocodile’, a book of critical essays on the ghost story writer M. R. James.

Helen is a Royal Literary Fund Fellow and has coached students in academic writing at the University of Stirling. In addition, she delivers workshops on ghost story writing and publishing, most recently at Abertay University.
