Join us for a menopause special evening with Charlotte from MENA-Pause. Her functional range of muesli blends, bread and bars includes plant oestrogens that counterbalance the drop in oestrogen during menopause and peri-menopause

Charlotte is a local maker with multiple hats, she runs Herb Majesty and Mena-pause. For this event she will wear the hat of knowledgeable nutritionist and explain to us how our diet can alleviate symptoms of hormonal imbalances that come with menopause. Her functional range of muesli blends, bread and bars includes plant oestrogens that counterbalance the drop in oestrogen during menopause and peri-menopause. MENA were Scottish Edge business funding winners in 2024.

This event is free but donations are appreciated on the night.
