✨ A deeply restorative sound bath paired with group Reiki
✨ A nourishing lunch shared in community
✨ A heart-opening cacao ceremony to close the day and integrate the experience

This day retreat is designed to help you soften, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, supportive space. By the end of the day, you’ll leave feeling grounded, nourished, and renewed.
