Due to space limitations, we can’t host a 50-person class at the moment, but the good news is, we can run multiple classes!
Flavour Sessions 2.0 is happening!
Wednesday nights, same place, new time: 8 PM.
With the same intention and roots as the original series, we’ll go back to those childhood days when we danced with silly moves and zero shame. Somewhere along the way, we stopped — but that’s where the joy of your true flavour still lives. This is your invitation to reconnect with it (and rediscover those hidden dance moves).

It’s a 4-part series to learn the fundamentals, sweat, laugh, groove through a fun combo, and most importantly, get tools to move past the cringe and flow freely again.

About the Facilitator: Nat B. Hop (Natalia)
Hey y’all! I’m Nat—mover, dance aficionada, graphic designer, and curious artist. Dance is my first language, my medicine, and the way I translate my inner world into funky, playful movement.
I’ve spent years learning from incredible teachers in street styles and Latin rhythms, while also exploring the quiet wisdom of listening to the body. Over time, I’ve realized that while we learn from each other, the real magic happens when we dare to be authentic—when we unlock our own flavour, rhythm, and groove.
In these sessions, I bring the passion carried in my Colombian bones, the wisdom of music as the true teacher, and a love for creating fun combos that are both soulful and silly.
My goal? To help you unlock not just “moves,” but your own funky combo. Because believe me—you already have one. This space is for curiosity, play, and finding joy in your unique dance print.
