Peace, Love, Unity, Respect! This special 18+ edition is a fundraiser for Craft Rave and Avenue Bistro and the growing creative ecosystem that supports our goals. 

Craft Rave is a space where you can begin, work on, or complete a craft project. Think knitting, collage, painting, drawing, digital art, mixed media, vision boards, and more. Bring something you are already working on or dive into something new when you arrive.

Guest DJs with music ranging across electronic dance genres to keep the creative energy flowing.

This month's event is taking place at Avenue Bistro and their full dinner menu will be available including a  mocktail and cocktail menu. We'll have some late night snacks for those of you who stay late with us!

Residing in the beautiful Comox Valley, SELAYNE has long held a passion for curating events within her community. Embarking on her DJ journey in 2024, she has swiftly showcased her skill and talent as evidenced by her achievement as a semi-finalist in the Vancouver Island DJ Competition in 2025. A dancer through and through, SELAYNE infuses her sets with an innate sense of rhythm and movement, meticulously selecting tracks that uplift, energize, and pulse with groovy basslines and funky melodies. While house music holds her heart, she skillfully incorporates the vibrant rhythms of hip hop and baile funk alongside the high-octane energy of drum and bass, UK dubstep, and UK garage. SELAYNE takes the crowd on a rhythmic journey through sound, crafting a vibrant energy guaranteed to ignite the dance floor

Fall On Beats has been dabbling on the decks since 2009. A true bass addict, this versatile DJ is known to bring the musical styling's of Electro Swing, Bass House, Tech House, Dutch House, all the House really , booty shakin breaks, Mid tempo bmp tracks and even ranging from Dubstep to Slow Jams out in her energetic sets. Every set is perfectly curated to tell a story. Born and raised in Alert Bay and then moving to the Comox Valley, Fallon is an avid supporter in the scene, She draws her inspiration from her favorite Vancouver Island DJ's and family. Fallon's infectious energy and passion behind the decks are sure to get you bouncing! Keep your ears peeled for the fresh sounds of this up and coming selecta!

DJ sprouT ᯓ★ Golden, Squamish & Comox (2022)
Tammra, aka DJ sprouT, has been moving dance floors for over two decades. She brings a finely tuned ear for storytelling through sound, crafting sets that are immersive, full of heart, and just the right amount of sass. As a DJ, event curator, and promoter, her love of music and mix creation has taken her to various corners of the globe, leading her to play at numerous events, nightclubs, and festivals, including Wicked Woods Music Festival, Shambhala Music Festival, Bass Coast Project, and many more.

The profound connection between music and the audience fuels her creativity and inspires her to continually push the boundaries of her craft. sprouT fuses deep, funky house, techno and breaks with bass-forward, melodic, and percussive elements, creating eclectic mixes that flow with intention. She layers juicy sound journeys that ignite the heart and stir the soul.

Ninjah ༄.° New to The Valley
Kazakhstan-born DJ specializing in dubstep, drum & bass, and jungle. Heavily influenced by early 2000's UK Dubstep, World of Drum&Bass and Pirate Station sounds. 

As a founding member of Destiny Entertainment, Ninjah helped shape Vancouver's all-ages rave scene in mid 2010's, bringing underground bass music to a generation of young ravers. From sweaty banquet halls to unconventional venues like movie prop warehouses and the iconic Rickshaw Theatre, Destiny carved out a space where dubstep met the frenetic energy of hardstyle.

Behind the decks, Ninjah blends gritty bassweight with the relentless energy of breakbeats. Recent mixes showcase a range from vintage D&B deep cuts to roots UK Bass, proving that tempo changes but the vibe remains. 

*For Craft Rave he will be mixing it up with some of the lighter sides of these genres, and we know he will get crafty but still BRING IT!

Larissa loves teaching art, gardening, and helping people advocate for their own personal style and creative voice. Whether it be clay, drawing, painting, printmaking, or flower arranging, she works to find the materials that best speak to each person.

Art is integral to personal identity, and finding connection is key. Through expression, art has healed her in many ways, and she shares that experience by creating supportive spaces where others can explore and discover their own voice.
