Grief is not only personal.
It lives in the body, in the land, in our lineages, in the cultures and ecosystems we love.
This spring, we gather in community to tend grief in its many forms — personal, ancestral, ecological, cultural, and unnamed.
These Community Grief Rituals are land-based evening gatherings held outdoors. Together, we will:
• Practice somatic grounding
• Enter simple, guided ritual
• Share and witness in a supported communal container
• Honour what is too often carried alone
You do not need a specific story or fresh loss to attend.
Only a willingness to be present.
Grief is not something to fix.
It is something to be tended — with dignity, care, and belonging.
