Canocchia marinata allo zenzero, estrazione di radicchio trevigiano, chips di alga marina.

PRIMO
Linguina alla bottarga di tonno, riduzione di arancia, burro montato e caviale asetra.

SECONDO
Filetto di scorfano alla brace, crema di cavolfiore, plancton marino, aria di gin Terrazza 241.
