strictly limited to individuals Eighteen (18) years of age or older.· Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry and alcohol service.· Entry may be denied or revoked at any time for failure to provide valid identification or comply with event rules.· Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission, deny continued presence, or remove any attendee without refund for behavior of other patrons· Negligent or intentional acts of third parties· Ejection or evacuation procedures· Injury occurring in or near crowd activity areas· Theft, loss, or damage to personal property· Exposure to illness or communicable conditions· Emergency response delays· Uneven surfaces common to industrial, warehouse, outdoor, temporary, or live-event environmentsAttendee acknowledges that participation in moshing, crowd surfing, skanking, active pit areas, and similar crowd activity is voluntary.Attendee voluntarily assumes all inherent risks associated with attendance and participation in event activities, including risks of personal injury, bodily injury, illness, emotional distress, permanent disability, death, property damage, and property loss arising from ordinary negligence or inherent event conditions to the fullest extent permitted by California law.Nothing in this agreement releases or waives claims arising from gross negligence, reckless conduct, willful misconduct, unlawful conduct, or violations of duties that cannot legally be waived under California law.RELEASE OF LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by California law, attendee knowingly and voluntarily releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the event organizers, promoters, production companies, venue owners, venue operators, landlords, security
