New Years Day Slow Flow & Yin

Join Shawn for this special New Years Day class that will allow students to reconnect, release and regenerate through an energizing and dynamic sequence of yang asanas focusing on breath and posture followed by long holding seated yin postures designed to free the spine and nervous system of stress and tension.
