Take a sweet pause from your busy day and reconnect with calm at our Chocolate & Mindful Coloring Workshop at the library. In this relaxing one-hour session, you'll enjoy delicious chocolate while exploring the soothing practice of mindful coloring. No experience is necessary, and all materials are provided - just bring yourself, your creativity, and curiosity.

Mindful coloring is more than just a creative outlet; it's a gentle way to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and invite presence into the moment. As your hands move and colors flow, you'll find space to breathe, reflect, and simply be.

Come for the chocolate, stay for the peace.

This event is for seniors aged 60 and up. Please register all those participating, minus any caregivers.
