Lots of women are told that it's normal (especially after having kids) and that you just need to "deal with it" - this is not true! Come listen to Dr. Emily, physical therapist, as she discusses what the pelvic floor is, how it works and what you can start to do to address problems with it. There will some active participation, so come wearing comfy clothes. Spaces are limited due to the nature of the active participation so that Dr. Emily can spend time with each attendee.
