The Department of Law, BAIUST is set to launch its first Regional Moot Court Competition with a goal to foster and strengthen the mooting scene of Comilla and adjacent areas. Drawing from the enthusiasm of this region’s potential mooters, this event will identify and hopefully create a strong source of national and international mooters of the country.
This year’s regional moot will extend throughout the Comilla region and beyond alongside BAIUST. Interested participants or law students will also also have an exclusive opportunity to learn the ins and outs of moot through an exclusively curated WORKSHOP packed with the strongholds of Bangladeshi mooters. Touching upon multiple highly relevant and contemporary issues, this competition will test participants’ analytical mind towards advocacy and research.

🎓Eligibility - Open to all existing law students of public and private universities of Comilla, Feni, Noakhali, Brahmanbaria ONLY
This event is expected to put this region on the larger mooting map and inspire a wave of similar collaborations in the future. We hope for this competition to foster an important legacy of promising law students, and more importantly, future advocates of justice, peace and innovations in practically important situations.
