We will park & meet at Plentywoods Venue before taking off in small groups on a trail ride with 4-5 obstacle stations along the way.
You will encounter rocky terrain, steep hills, cattle, washout holes, water crossings, uncut timber, wildlife, mud & gates.
The standard trail is a 3 mile course that is mostly cattle pasture. There is also an option to do a 5 mile loop. The 5 mile option has rocky downhill trails, rutted up ground, and an uphill stretch that is great for wearing down a horse. This detour will be between obstacle 3&4. The entire 3 & 5 mile course is able to be navigated on a 4 wheeler.
We will meet in the venue for a mandatory meeting at 9:00 AM sharp. After the meeting the first group will take off on the course.
We want to invite all participants to hang out in the venue throughout the day where we will have food & drinks provided along with some games set up.

* This is NOT a spectator event. You need to be participating or accompany a participant to the event.
** This is first & foremost a working cattle ranch & wedding venue. Please be respectful of the spaces you are in. If everyone can bring a pitch fork to clean up after their horses around the trailers at the venue we would greatly appreciate it.
The trails will be through cattle pasture, so no clean up required.
*** Parking & Registration (sign waivers) will be open at 8:00am on March 7.
