After a beautiful summer of yoga on the beach, we’re moving indoors as the evenings turn cooler. Our community practice continues — this time in the warmth and calm of Community Hall with some beautiful views over the ?  
Together with Symphonic Sound we created beautiful evening for all ?

?‍♀️ Relaxing Yoga
Guided, gentle movements suitable for all levels. Release tension, reconnect with yourself, and soften into the evening.

? Gong Bath
Immerse yourself in the deep, healing vibrations of the gong — a sound journey that washes over the body like waves, bringing deep rest and renewal. 

? Herbal Tea
To seal the evening, we’ll share a specially prepared herbal tea blend, designed for a calm and peaceful night’s sleep.
