Shellfish has many great qualities: it cooks quickly, it’s healthy, and it’s versatile. After participating in this class, you will be able to cook a healthy, fresh dinner quickly. We will experiment with shrimp, clams, mussels, oysters, crab, and scallops. There will be both hot and cold preparations, as well as numerous serving suggestions and accompaniment ideas.
