Join us for our Ugly Christmas Squat Party at The Gym on Saturday, December 13th at 6 PM! 🎅🏼
Throw on your ugliest Christmas sweater and come hit some squats with us!
This is an **OPEN GYM EVENT** so non-members can join the festivities as long as they sign the waiver. 🖤

We’ll be hosting a Squat Competition with Men’s and Women’s Divisions, split into Lightweight and Heavyweight classes — so everyone can join the fun and show off their strength! 💪

Expect holiday music, festive vibes, and prizes for the top lifters (and maybe even the ugliest sweater 👀). Let’s spread some Christmas cheer! 🤘
