All are welcome.These events focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals ages 18+Our experienced instructors, who also happen to be mental health professionals, will guide you through gentle yoga poses, flows, and breathing exercises designed to promote healing and relaxation.Whether you're new to yoga, have no idea what you are doing, or a seasoned practitioner, this class is open to all levels.[]Wear comfortable clothing[] Bring a yoga mat, block, and blanket (if you have them otherwise will be provided)[]Bring a water bottleTake this opportunity to connect with your body and mind in a nurturing setting.
